Terms & Conditions Specific to Readings

All readings are offered for entertainment purposes only.

Booking and Appointment Terms for Readings with Kathy

Availability and Booking

• Due to high demand, appointments can only be booked up to 3 months in advance.

• Readings are available on Mondays and Wednesdays, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Appointments can be conducted via Zoom or in-person.

Deposits and Payment

• Once an appointment is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required by bank transfer within 48 hours.

• If confirmation and payment are not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be released.

• The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 48 hours before the appointment.

• Failure to pay the balance within this period will result in the appointment being released and the deposit forfeited.

Missed Appointments and Cancellations

• If you miss your scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.

• If Kathy cancels a reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.

Conduct During Readings Kathy reserves the right to terminate a reading without a refund if:

• A connection with the client cannot be established.

• Continuing the reading may cause psychological harm to the client.

• The client exhibits aggressive or confrontational behavior.

Disclaimer

• Kathy is a spiritualist medium who works clairvoyantly, clairsentiently, and clairaudiently.

• Readings are provided with the understanding that no outcome is guaranteed, as free will can influence future events.

• Clients must be 18 years or older.

• If you are undergoing psychiatric treatment that may impair your ability to make decisions, Kathy will need to discuss whether the reading can proceed.

Responsibility and Use of Information

• Clients accept full responsibility for the use of any guidance, predictions, or spiritual communication provided.

Zoom Reading Recordings

• Kathy offers recordings for Zoom readings but cannot guarantee successful recordings. No refund will be given if the recording fails.
